Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, missing, or shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at support@hatmora.com. For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
